The North Etobicoke Revitalization Partnership envisions a vibrant, harmonious community where everyone respects diversity and takes responsibility for ensuring safety, health and economic viability.

NERP is a community initiative to help guide the future development of northern Etobicoke. Through the mobilization of work groups addressing specific areas - culture and recreation, economic development and employment, environmental awareness, housing and safety, NERP seeks to make our community safe, clean, healthy and sustainable – a community to live in and be proud of.

Etobicoke Labour Market Study

The 2008 Etobicoke Labour Market Study conducted by NERP consists of a demographic analysis, employment analysis, employment service analysis, a local hiring model and implications for Etobicoke. Click here to view and download the full report.

The Finders Keepers project helps connect businesses in North Etobicoke with skilled workers through a network of non-profit employment service agencies. Information on a wide range of services and programs for employers is also available through this project.

With a compelling history, rich character and a diverse community that is home to citizens from all parts of the world, north Etobicoke has a spirit unique to Toronto's many communities.
North Etobicoke has a high concentration of industries and a diverse work force, conditions that are essential for economic growth.




With an abundance of parks, lush green spaces and access to the Humber River, north Etobicoke has a vast amount of green space accessible for community use.


With a diverse population made up of varying economic levels and backgrounds, housing issues of all types are often important concerns for the citizens of north Etobicoke.

The Safety Work Group collects, analyzes, and shares safety related information. It looks for gaps related to safety that need to be addressed and helps to facilitate appropriate action.
