With
a diverse population made up of varying economic
levels and backgrounds, housing issues of all
types are often important concerns for the citizens
of north Etobicoke.
The Housing Work Group aims to promote a safe
and stable community where the housing needs of
people are met and people take pride in their
environment. It also seeks to promote affordable,
accessible, stable programming and administrative
space for the not-for-profit sector and community
groups. Members of this work group currently include
political officials, legal and housing workers
and government resource staff. |
